Journalist and editor of Safety and Health Practitioner James Evison shared 10 of the best TED talks for safety and health professionals, ranging from productivity in a workplace and cybersecurity to the future of the autonomous workforce.

Journalist and editor of Safety and Health Practitioner James Evison shared 10 of the best TED talks for safety and health professionals, ranging from productivity in a workplace and cybersecurity to the future of the autonomous workforce.

The shared video on the autonomous workforce was presented by innovations expert at UPS, David Lee.

Lee warned about the possibility of robots “taking over our jobs”, as the world around us becomes more autonomous. He says that we need to start designing jobs that unlock our own hidden talents and passions, in order to keep us relevant in the “age of robotics”.

“Start asking people what problems they’re inspired to solve and what talents they want to bring to work. When you invite people to be more, they can amaze us with how much more they can be,” he says.
