PSA now present in Cape Town

As the largest distributor for MSA and Lifeloc products in South Africa, PSA Africa has announced its expansion into Cape Town – having opened a branch in Tyger Valley at the beginning of July.

“As the expectation from the market to provide local support and infrastructure becomes evident, our track record with these two prestigious global brands allows us to partner with them in their endeavours to ensure client satisfaction,” says Hank Lombard, PSA Africa sales manager.

“In bringing our winning formula of 20 years from Durban, we can assure all new and existing clients of MSA, PSA or Lifeloc that the support levels they’ve received so far will only improve as we engage with organisations more directly,” he adds.

The number of direct customer benefits are numerous: a local inventory results in faster delivery times; local and larger support services infrastructure will be made available on site; and the company will be able to offer more competitive rates on calibration, maintenance, training and product purchases.

“With any change comes transitional challenges, so if we are not already an approved vendor, we will be in touch regarding adding PSA Africa as a service provider,” Lombard says.

“Our intention is to show sufficient value to all organisations to the extent that they would be motivated to partner with us on all matters relating to MSA or Lifeloc,” he concludes.
