The KGuard One Touch Series surveillance camera set is now available locally, offering small business and home owners an affordable yet high-tech surveillance solution.

The system comprises four compact, high-resolution, night-vision cameras and an eight-channel digital video recorder, along with easy-to-follow set-up instructions, mounting bolts and wiring for easy DIY installation.

Some high-tech features of the system include: the latest H.264 compression recording technology for up to 60 minutes of digital video recording (the system supports a 2TB SATA HDD interface); motion detection with instant e-mail notification and the ability to capture images leading up to the motion detection event; and the free Kview app for remote monitoring and control from a smartphone or tablet.

Video backup can be to USB flash disk, external hard drive or local network. The system is easy to set up and operate, while the app is simple and intuitive to use. Users can view a live video feed, capture screenshots and record events.

The system retails for R3 648 and is available from GMC IT Audio Visual.
